Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the assets for your personal or commercial projects. This license is limited to the specific use outlined.
Permitted Uses
- Incorporating the assets into your own creative graphic projects.
- Modifying and adapting the assets to suit your specific needs.
- Using the assets in both personal and commercial projects.
- Using assets to create end products to sell to clients.
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the assets in their original or modified form.
- Using the assets in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Sharing, transferring, or providing access to the assets to any third party.
Ownership and Copyright
All assets remain the exclusive property of GFXRhino and/or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the assets under this Agreement.
No Warranty
We provide the assets “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GFXRhino be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the assets.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the assets and delete any copies in your possession.
